SCHEDULE FOR ANNUAL MEETING
We're waiting to hear from APA whether the 2003 APA convention scheduled for Toronto is still on. Below is a tentative schedule of ADPTC activities at the convention:
8/5, Tuesday afternoon or early evening: New Directors Orientation
8/5, Tuesday evening: Presidents' Meeting/Dinner
Past-Pres, Current Pres, and President-Elect meet to past the baton, discuss ongoing or upcoming issues and events
8/6 Wednesday: Workshop Part I from 10 am-12, Business Meeting from 12-2 pm, Workshop Part II 2-5 pm
Fairmount Royal York Hotel, Confederation Room #3
8/7 Thursday: Executive Committee Breakfast and Meeting, 8-10 am
8/7 Thursday: Social Meeting, 2-3 pm
Crown Plaza Hotel, Nigeria Room
8/9 Saturday: Education Advocacy Breakfast Meeting and Presentation, 7:30 am-9:00 am, at Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Confederation Rooms 5 and 6.
8/10 Sunday: CCTC Meeting, 11:00 am-1 pm. Location TBA
