2024 APTC Conference Information – San Diego
We are excited about our upcoming APTC Conference (Thursday, March 14th through Sunday, March 17th, 2024) at the Westin San Diego Bayview in San Diego, CA.
Our conference theme this year is “Resources and Resiliency.” Together, we will tackle such topics as clinic budgets, funding, expenses, and revenue generation; coupled with the challenge of boosting out students’ resiliency to change and stress, and finally, the resiliency of our Universities to support our students with both quantity and quality!
Registration:
To register, log into your APTC account online at aptc.org. Once logged in, click “Events” along the top navigation bar. Scroll to the bottom of this page (after the information about the 2024 APTC Conference), and click the “Click to view more details" link. At the top of this page, click on the RSVP link reflective of your payment preference (online payment or pay via check; please note, online payments are strongly preferred when feasible for the training clinic).
Registration fee information is included below. Please note that registration rates will increase after Friday, February 23, 2024.
APTC Full Members: $300 now through 2/23/24 ($400 after 2/23/24)
APTC Associate Members, Liaisons, and Other Affiliates: $350 now through 2/23/24 ($450 after 2/23/24)
Non-APTC Members: $500 now through 2/23/24 ($600 after 2/23/24)

Thursday Afternoon, 3/14: New Directors Programming, Welcome Reception, and Mentor-Mentee Sign-up Dinners
Friday, 3/15 & Saturday 3/16: Keynotes, General Sessions, Posters (Friday happy hour and sign-up dinners)
Sunday, 3/17: Executive Committee Meeting
*All 2024 CoA trainings will be offered virtually, dates TBD. The CoA is currently working to identify new and innovative ways to engage with their various constituent groups.
The APTC 2024 Conference “Resources and Resiliency” will be held at the Westin San Diego Bayview, 400 W Broadway Street, San Diego, CA, 92101, 619-239-4500 (Transportation drop-off address: The Westin San Diego Bayview, 1051 Columbia Street, San Diego, CA, 92101)
Reservations: Rates for single/double occupancy are $219/night plus $15/night destination fee plus tax for run-of-house rooms, including guestroom Wifi. Note: You will see the full destination fee of $25/night added onto your estimate during booking, but you will ONLY be charged $15/night plus tax at check out. Rates available March 10-21 subject to availability (call for other dates). Reservations require a credit card guarantee. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged first night's room and tax.

Check In/Check Out: Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is prior to 11:00am.
Parking: Valet parking is $56/day.
Transportation: The San Diego airport (SAN) https://www.san.org/ is about 2 miles from the Westin San Diego Bayview. Free hotel shuttle available 5:00am-11:00pm approx. every 30 minutes at the top/bottom of the hour. Call the hotel 619-239-4500 AFTER retrieving luggage for pickup instructions. Look for a white shuttle with Westin San Diego Bayview on the hood and sides.
