Dues are $300/year (Sept-August), which covers access to the resources on our website, our listserv, and a subscription to Training & Education in Professional Psychology.  For those who qualify as Associate or Affiliate dues are $150/year (again, Sept-August). There is no charge for registration for those who qualify for emeritus status. 

Hardship-based fee waivers will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the APTC Executive Committee. Please contact APTC Treasurer Risa Broudy (rbroudy@gwu.edu) if you would like to learn more about the process of applying for a harship-based fee waiver.  

After you submit your request to join APTC, we will review your application and, when it is approved, Jen Hames (jhames@nd.edu) will let you know so that you can log into the website, Select "Members", then select "My Account", and pay dues, either online (preferred) or by check. Dues are $300/year (Sept-August), which covers access to the resources on our website, our listserv, and a subscription to Training & Education in Professional Psychology. Our Associate Member category is for additional members from a Clinic that already has a dues-paid Full member; discuss with Jen Hames if you think you may be eligible for the reduced Associate Members rate or an Emeritus membership.

Mentoring Program

We would like experienced clinic directors to serve as mentors to new clinic directors. Mentor responsibilities can include contacting their mentee prior to the conference to talk about what the new clinic director might expect, accompanying their mentee at dinner the first night of the conference, and checking in with their mentee from time to time through the conference.

If you are an experienced clinic director (e.g., more than three years in this role), are you willing to serve as a mentor to a new clinic director?
 
Eligibility Requirements
Is your clinic associated with a doctoral-level graduate training program in professional psychology (i.e., clinical, clinical child and adolescent, community, counseling, health, and school psychology) at a regionally accredited college or university?

According to the APTC Bylaws, a director of clinical training is only eligible for APTC membership if they hold a dual title of clinic director and/or if they are in the process of building a training clinic for their program. Please indicate whether each scenario applies to you.
