Never attended an APTC conference before?

We hope you'll join us this year!

See what the hype is all about!

See what a few of our members had to say about their first conference experience!

"I attended my first APTC conference in Albuquerque, and it was honestly the best conference experience of my career. Sure the site and the city were great, but it was getting to know the other directors that was ultimately life-changing. Learning from the panels, problem-solving over meals, both providing and receiving mentorship, and putting names and faces together from all of the listserv interactions…absolutely priceless! The best way to sum up my feelings as I left New Mexico is that I finally found my people! I do not plan to miss a single APTC conference in the future if I can help it. My cup runneth over….and I long for that feeling again!!"

Stephanie McWilliams, West Virginia University

"Albuquerque was my first time attending the APTC Conference. I arrived essentially knowing no-one and left with a bunch of friends-colleagues that I have kept in touch with throughout the year. It has been great to be able to consult with them often as no-one at my university has a clue about what I do or the roadblocks I face as a clinic director. I found the presentations to be meaningful and applicable to my role as a clinic director. Most importantly, I had a ton of fun! The work we do is complex, confusing, difficult, and rewarding. Don’t underestimate how important it is for us to get together to support each other and lift each other up! "

Sara Boghosian, Utah State University
